I chose to become a Nurse Practitioner to help people live their happiest, healthiest life.  I like building relationships within the community and teaching people about their bodies, helping them to understand and feel their very best.  

Stephanie Greenfield, FNP-C

Inspired by a family of nurses, Stephanie followed in their footsteps, pursuing a career in medicine with a deep commitment to patient care. She builds trust by creating open, comfortable conversations, treating each patient like family.

One of the most rewarding aspects of her work at Grace Health is the opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a collaborative environment, where patients have access to CHWs, physical therapy, dental, ophthalmology, and behavioral health services—all under one roof. Stephanie ensures every patient feels heard by actively listening, clearly communicating their care plan, and addressing any concerns before the visit ends. She also encourages patients to take an active role in their health by sharing lab results and visual progress trends, helping them see their improvements firsthand.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her three dogs, hiking, kayaking, and exploring new foods.
