What does Communicate with H.E.A.R.T. mean to Courtney? To me, communicating with H.E.A.R.T. means that we treat our patients and co-workers with the utmost respect and try our best to help in any way possible. Medicine can be challenging sometimes, but we still need to treat others as we would want ourselves, our family, and our friends to be treated. This can make the biggest difference in healthcare outcomes.
What does Courtney like about Grace Health? As a provider, I love having numerous resources available at Grace Health to help our patients. It has such a positive impact on the care we provide. Grace Health’s philosophy and values very much encompass this enhanced quality of care. Also, I want to send a shout-out to my co-workers.
