Family Practice at Grace Health provides your family with complete medical care for every member of your family from infants to the oldest family members by board-certified family practitioners, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses. We offer a full range of services from physical examinations and annual checkups to managing chronic medical conditions, acute medical care and family planning. Home Blood Pressure Monitor Instructional Video
Take control of your blood pressure when using a home machine:
- Ask about getting a monitor and correct cuff size.
- Take medications at the same time every day.
- Don’t eat or drink 30 minutes before you measure your blood pressure.
- Sit with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Relax with your arm at chest level.
- Bring your blood pressure log to your appointments.
